PURPOSES OF PRACTICUM
The purpose of this practice teaching is to provide the pre-service teachers from different country around Asia to develop their understanding, appreciation and cooperation in Education. Through learning and appreciating the culture of other country is one of the goal of these practicum. This practicum helps the pre-service teacher to gain new knowledge in terms of methods and strategies that will be useful in their future career. Also, these practicum helps the pre-service teacher to be ready in the path they choose. It boost their inner self to become a better educator so that they can teach the students especially those who are in need. The experiences that every pre-service teacher had was priceless. It cannot be replace with money. In the end, what matters the most are the investments - the things that every pre-service teacher invested to make things happened.

PROCEDURE OF PRACTICUM
In order to join the said practicum. First, you need apply to Seameo program which you can visit to their page. Second, submit requirements that are needed for the practicum. Third, you need to wait for the interview with host school that you're assigned. Fourth, prepare your passport and allowance for the practicum. Fifth, prepare yourself holistically where you would be expected lots of challenges and able to solve it on your own. Sixth, prepare some visual aids for teaching depending on your creativity. Seventh, complete the 20 hours practice teach as a requirement for a month. Lastly, submit the evaluation form evaluated by the mentor and the one who evaluated you and don't forget the blog.

OUTCOMES OF PRACTICUM

I can say that this practicum mold me as an independent person where I learned a lot from this journey. The strategies and methods that I’ve learned, I’ll be using it in my future career. I’ve experienced to teach in the diverse students, appreciate and learn the culture of Indonesia, meet new friends and able to suppress the challenges that I’ve encountered. I will never forget this experience as I continue my journey in my country which is Philippines. It was actually a priceless experience that cannot be replaced by anything. From day one until the end of the practicum, It was all worth it and unforgettable. The life lessons that I've gained from my journey would surely stay on my heart. I'm sure that this experience of mine would be share to my future students. Even though my journey in Indonesia has ended, but it’s my new beginning as an independent person and ready to serve for my future students. I realized that you should never stop believing in yourself and be true to everyone. Life may get rough but always remember there is a rainbow after a rain.

CHALLENGES OF PRACTICUM
In my own experience, I had a problem with the internet connection because in the dormitory that we stayed there is no internet connection and there were times I need to look for an internet so that I can have a research on my lessons that I will teach. Also, I need an internet so that I can communicate to my family, teachers and friends in the Philippines.
In teaching, the language barrier was a problem for me because I wanted to express myself, but I don’t know how to speak their language which is Bahasa Indonesia. But then, I am thankful because there are some students who will translate my instruction from English to Bahasa Indonesia so that their other classmates will understand it. My mentor also help me to discipline the class and even translate my instruction.
